Role: Performance Test Engineer

Specification

Should have 5-8 yrs of overall experience .

• Strong experience in performance testing, including test planning, script development, execution, and analysis
• Strong experience using performance tools Loadrunner or New Relic monitoring tool
• Proficiency in performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, Splunk & Postman
• Provides automation expertise, training and coaching to team members
• Keep current with advances in automation methodologies and tools
• Experience with Jenkins or other continuous integration software
• Advocate the use of the automation infrastructure with development teams
• Experience with performance testing and analysis using tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner
• Ability to assess functional and technical gaps in designs
• Support continuous improvement processes, analyzing problems and recommending actions for effective resolution
• Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities
• Design and architect modular and reusable automated testing solutions that satisfy client requirements
• Familiarity with performance monitoring and profiling tools
• Experience in troubleshooting performance issues and optimizing system performance
• Understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
